I’ve spent eight years building and running production software. I also run products of my own, so I know what happens after launch: monitoring, costs, and keeping things working once real people use them.

Do I need to know exactly what to build?
No. Bring a specific idea, or just describe where your business feels slow or stuck, and we’ll find the strongest opportunity together.
What happens after I get in touch?
I read it myself. If it looks like a good fit, you get an honest first assessment, a suggested first step, and an invitation to talk it through.
Why not just use ChatGPT?
General AI tools are great, but they don’t know your customers, your processes, or your data. A custom build connects those pieces into something your team and customers can rely on every day.
How much does a project cost?
The first assessment is free, with no obligation. Paid work is always scoped and quoted up front: before you commit, you get a proposal with the outcome, deliverables, timeline, and price. Cost depends on the work, not a fixed package.
Who owns the result?
You own everything built specifically for your project once it’s paid for. I keep my pre-existing tools and reusable components, and you get the rights you need to use them as part of what I deliver. Third-party services and open-source libraries keep their own licenses and fees.
Can you work with our existing product and tools?
Yes. Usually the goal is to improve what you already have, not rebuild it.
How is our data handled?
I only ask for the access the project needs, and your data is used only to deliver the agreed work. Before we start, we agree which providers and infrastructure may handle it. Privacy-first and self-hosted setups are possible, and I’m happy to sign an NDA.
What if AI isn’t the right answer?
Then I’ll tell you in the first assessment, instead of forcing it where it doesn’t belong.
